for bodhiwork or bodhimoves

if you need to cancel a treatment or a private fitness class we ask for 24 hours notice by phone or the fees still apply. we understand that sometimes situations come up at the last minute that are unavoidable, in these cases please phone us and we can discuss it (in any case please avoid last minute cancellations by email).

for bodhielements courses

• cancellation more than 7 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
• cancellation 6 days or less prior to the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
• if the course is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
