what are the bodhielements classes?
based on the 7 principles of bodhielements and the five element theory from traditional chinese medicine, these classes are aimed at returning us to a state of optimal health in spirit, mind and body. through a combination of meditation, movement, bodywork and nutrition we build a basis for awareness, decision, focus, sensitivity, action, humour and last but not least relaxation even in the midst of modern life – easing the toll it tends to take on our bodies.
the bodhielements classes are between two to three hours and include:
- bodhiseeds meditation sessions in line with the meditation of the day you can find on our website under bodhiseeds
- bodhimoves movement to learn about ki, fitness, posture, breathing and balance
- bodhiflavours seasonal atunement through nutriment and the study of natural cycles
- bodhiwork shiatsu, holistic treatments & oil massage for empathy, sensitivity and relaxation
