most important points:

  1. weight on the heels
  2. knees tracking over the toes
  3. keep the back arched (not rounded)
  4. fold of the hip goes below the knee
  5. stand up completely at the end of the squat

other factors:

  • look forwards not down
  • chest high
  • focus on the bum (glutes) and backs of the legs (hamstrings) not the quads
