once a week do something slightly difficult

once a month do something really difficult

the yearly challenge

once a year do something impossible

the rules

- you can’t call a challenge after the fact. make a statement beforehand “this is my weekly challenge”
- don’t make it easier or lessen the effect by telling other people that it is your challenge (day)
- the challenge shouldn’t be an ongoing thing – one day is the maximum
- don’t do anything illegal
- it’s your challenge so it should not cause suffering to others (provoking laughter is another matter)
